Our mission is to increase shareholder value by managing our land in the most profitable, efficient, productive, and environmentally sustainable manner in the areas of agriculture, ranching, and land development. We achieve this implementing ethically sound operational practices, which align with the interests of Samson Cree Nation.

Agricultural Operations

Samson Tribal Enterprises holds a sizeable portfolio of land across central Alberta and performs farming in Ponoka, Brazeau, Leduc, Camrose, and Wetaskiwin counties. Total land size is over 15,000 acres and our select crops include wheat, oats, barley, rye, flax seed, and canola, among others. We farm and rent our land to others in the agricultural industry. We are open to rental/lease or other land opportunities.

Custom Feeding Services

We own two feedlots, Cree Bar K and 777, that specialize in Custom Feeding. We have the capacity to feed 10,000 head of cattle. We specialize in all sorts of custom feeding such as backgrounding, cattle wintering and grazing, and finishing. Please contact us for further information.
